Plain terms for a service meant to reduce effort, not add to it.
Using Alto
Alto acts on your behalf to place orders and arrange everyday requests. You are responsible for the requests you make and for the payment details you provide.
Invitations
Access is currently by invitation. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee access, and we may limit availability by city while we grow.
Partners
Restaurants and other partners remain responsible for preparing and fulfilling what you order. Alto arranges the request and keeps watch over it.
Changes
We may update these terms as Alto develops. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
