Your name, contact details, the requests you make, and the preferences you tell us to remember. Nothing more than what Alto needs to take care of something for you.
Why we keep it
To place your orders, to recognise your habits so we can prepare options in advance, and to reach you when something genuinely matters.
Who sees it
Alto and the partners fulfilling your request see only what they need to complete it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your control
You can ask Alto to forget a preference, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time.
